Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Enmei, we’re committed to offering a seamless and fair experience for all our clients and trainers. Please take a moment to review our policies:
Class & Package Refunds
• All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• Unused classes within a package will expire after the validity period stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 1-month, 3-month package).
• In cases of medical emergencies or pregnancy, we’re happy to discuss extensions or partial credit with a doctor’s note.
Class Cancellations & No-Shows
• We have a 12-hour cancellation window. If you cancel a class at least 12 hours in advance, the class credit will be returned to your account.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will be charged in full.
• No-shows will also result in the class being charged.
Late Arrivals
• Out of respect for the flow of the class and safety of all clients, we do not permit entry more than 5 minutes after the class start time.
• If you arrive late and are denied access, the class will not be refunded. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we may offer you a courtesy class credit to use at a later date. This is offered once per client, per month, and is subject to availability.
Private Sessions
• Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Merchandise
• All retail purchases are final sale, unless the item is damaged or defective.
• In such cases, returns or exchanges must be made within 1 day of purchase with the original receipt.
Refund Exceptions
• If Enmei must cancel a class or service unexpectedly, you will receive a full refund or class credit.
• In special circumstances (such as relocation or long-term illness), please reach out to our management team. We will do our best to accommodate.
