What you need to know before your first class:

  • Please arrive 10 min early to the studio so that you have enough time to get familiar with the machine and workout; our coaches will take great care of you and provide personalised attention and support.

  • Check for the door code in your email - our door has an access code to enter, and you’ll see it in the confirmation email you received.

  • Please bring grip socks or get them in the studio.

  • It’s normal to feel like a beginner - the workout is at pace, and it might seem like the coaches are speaking or moving fast; please don’t worry and you’ll pick up quickly. Our coaches will look after you, and not knowing how to do every move straight away is part of the process.

  • Please take breaks - the instructor will not cue breaks but we design the classes for the strongest person to fail, and thus everyone to take breaks or do modifications as needed (PS: you can always go onto your knees in a plank!).
